Overview

At Miraleaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we'll be happy to help you with a return or exchange.

Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s)
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition
  • All tags and labels must remain attached

How to Return an Item

  2. Fill out the returns form included with your order
  3. Package your item(s) securely in their original packaging

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) within 2 working days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • You may need to pay additional shipping costs for the exchanged item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Intimate apparel

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  3. We'll arrange a free return and replacement
  4. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund including shipping costs

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or import duties for returns are the customer's responsibility
  • Please allow additional processing time for international returns

Gift Returns

  • For gifts, we can issue store credit or exchange the item
  • The original order number or gift receipt is required
  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged
