At Miraleaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we'll be happy to help you with a return or exchange.
Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s)
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition
- All tags and labels must remain attached
How to Return an Item

- Fill out the returns form included with your order
- Package your item(s) securely in their original packaging

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) within 2 working days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
- If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- You may need to pay additional shipping costs for the exchanged item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Intimate apparel
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We'll arrange a free return and replacement
- If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund including shipping costs
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or import duties for returns are the customer's responsibility
- Please allow additional processing time for international returns
Gift Returns
- For gifts, we can issue store credit or exchange the item
- The original order number or gift receipt is required
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged
